13 CFR 124.506(b) provides Contracting Officer can approve up to $25M ceiling for civilian agencies and $100 ceiling for DoD.

Your Agency CO sends a Letter of Intent to Award to Alaska8a@SBA.gov. The project description is included in the letter. ​

The SBA issues a Letter of Acceptance to your Agency. Your Agency CO notifies our company.​

Finish
Non-protestable award that can take less than 45 days.​
